1. Overview

This website is operated by Vaoth ("Vaoth", "we", "us"). By visiting vaoth.com or purchasing from us, you (the "customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including our Shipping Policy, Refund & Replacement Policy and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. Please read them carefully before placing an order — placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

We sell home lighting products. We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions and specifications accurately; minor variations may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing batches. Product specifications (battery life, brightness, etc.) describe typical performance under normal use.

3. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors, with a full refund of any amount paid. Prices are displayed in USD and may change at any time without affecting orders already placed.

4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms, processing times and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment/unit numbers; we are not liable for parcels delivered to an address that was incorrectly or incompletely provided by the customer.

5. Delivery confirmation and non-delivery claims

A parcel is considered delivered when the carrier records a delivery scan at the address provided at checkout.

If the customer claims non-receipt of a parcel marked as delivered, the customer agrees to cooperate with the verification process described in our Shipping Policy: checking the property and household, asking immediate neighbors, and contacting their local post office (by phone or in person) with the tracking number. Where the carrier cannot locate the parcel, the customer agrees to request from the carrier a written confirmation of non-delivery ("Non-Delivery Certificate"). Upon receipt of this certificate, Vaoth will ship a free replacement of the order at no cost to the customer. Vaoth assists the customer throughout this process and conducts its own carrier investigation in parallel.

6. Replacements, returns and refunds

Remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect or undelivered items are described in our Refund & Replacement Policy. Our primary remedy is a free replacement. Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method.

7. Warranty

Vaoth lamps are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the delivery date. The warranty covers free replacement of the defective item. It does not cover damage from misuse, drops, water immersion beyond the product's rating, or normal wear.

8. Payment disputes

The customer agrees to contact Vaoth customer service (contact@vaoth.com) and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Vaoth responds to all support requests within 1 business day.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual property rights, to transmit malicious code, or to submit false or misleading information (including false non-delivery claims, which may constitute fraud).

10. Intellectual property

All content on vaoth.com (text, images, branding, product designs) is the property of Vaoth or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vaoth's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Governing law and company information
